Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why.

Leef Digital runs a performance marketing network. This policy covers our website, our application forms, our partner platform, and the tracking links that carry users from our publishers to our advertisers.

Version 2026-10 · Effective October 15, 2026

In short. We collect business contact details from people who apply to work with us, and click and conversion data from people who follow our tracking links. We use it to run, measure, and protect campaigns. We do not sell personal information.

01

Who this covers

This policy applies to three groups: people who visit leefdigital.com; affiliates, publishers, advertisers, and networks who apply to or work with us ("Partners"); and consumers who click a Leef Digital tracking link on a Partner's site, ad, or email ("Users").

When a User lands on an advertiser's site, that advertiser's own privacy policy governs what it collects there. Publishers who send traffic through our links are responsible for their own privacy notices.

02

Information we collect

From Partners and applicants: name, company, email, messaging handles, country, website and social URLs, traffic sources, verticals, volume estimates, the networks you work with, payment and tax details, and your acceptance of our terms with the date and version accepted.

From Users who click tracking links: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, referring page, timestamps, click and conversion identifiers, sub-IDs passed by the publisher, and whether a conversion occurred. Advertisers may send us conversion events, which can include an order or lead identifier and payout amount. We do not ask advertisers to send us Users' names, emails, or payment details, and we do not intentionally collect them.

From website visitors: basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

03

How we use it

  • to review applications and onboard Partners;
  • to attribute conversions to the right publisher and pay commissions;
  • to report campaign performance to advertisers and networks;
  • to detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and breaches of our terms;
  • to communicate with Partners about offers, payments, and account matters;
  • to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
04

Who we share it with

  1. Advertisers and networks whose offers a publisher runs: click, conversion, and sub-ID data, and the publisher's identity and traffic sources where needed to approve, validate, or investigate traffic.
  2. Service providers that host and operate our platform, including our tracking platform, website hosting, database, email, and payment providers, under obligations to protect the data.
  3. Authorities when the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or protect the rights and safety of Leef Digital, our Partners, or Users.
  4. A successor if Leef Digital is involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Cookies and tracking

Our tracking links may set a first-party cookie or use a click identifier in the URL so that a later conversion can be credited to the right publisher. These are used for attribution and fraud prevention, not for building advertising profiles. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; conversions may then not be attributed, but the advertiser's site will still work.

Our website itself does not use advertising cookies.

06

Retention and security

We keep Partner account information for as long as the relationship lasts and as long afterward as tax and accounting rules require. We keep click and conversion records for up to 24 months, or longer if needed to resolve a dispute or investigation. Applications we decline are deleted after 12 months. We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and providers that maintain recognized security programs, but no system is perfectly secure.

07

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose, by writing to desk@leefdigital.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to know what we collect and to appeal a decision. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.

Partners can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the link in the email.

08

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and publishers may not direct offers to children.

09

Changes and contact

We will post any changes on this page and update the version date above. Material changes affecting Partners will also be sent by email.
